Wedding Cakes

From cupcake towers to 6-tier wedding cakes, Genuine Cakes can create an array of different styles to suit every bride’s requirements.

We hold complimentary consultations at our premises in Watford, where you can sample our delicious cakes as well as create the cake of your dreams.

A minimum of 6 months' notice is required.  Early consultation and booking is advised to secure your wedding date. These consultations are taken up to 18 months in advance of your date. We will always endeavour to accommodate last minute orders although this is not always possible.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date and initial preparation work, with full payment made one month in advance of the wedding date.

Simple Wedding Cakes

These are round in shape, 3-tiered and available in white or ivory soft icing with ribbon around base of each tier – ready for the Bride’s florist to decorate with fresh flowers. These cakes require at least one month's notice and are available for collection only. Please contact us should you require delivery prices.
Price: £180 (6,8 and 10 inch tiers) & £200 (8,10 and 12 inch tiers).

Simple Wedding Cupcakes

Our Simple Wedding Cupcakes are iced with white or chocolate buttercream. We require at least one month’s notice, and the cakes are available for collection only. Please contact us should you require delivery prices.
Price: £2 each.

Portion Guide

Wedding cakes are usually given as a token gesture, so in theory, when cutting a cake, the recommended cake slice should be 2in x 1in.

With this in mind, the following cake sizes are the maximum that can be obtained from a square shape:
